Leon Paul Junior Series, Holyrood, Edinburgh March 7th 2020
Well done to our 5 fencers who competed recently at the Edinburgh leg of the LPJS age group competition, a UK wide series.
This competition was selected as it would attract fencers ranked in the top 10 of the British rankings. It is important that our fencers, in this stage of their fencing, can measure themselves against the top British fencers, who are competing across Britian and abroad at top grade competitions.
All our fencers performed well and weren't phased when competing against national team fencers. Charlie Anderson got through a tough direct elimination match to reach the last 8 (quarter final) of the Under 13 foil event.
