We will be receiving some new Scoring Kit soon and we will arrange for apprx 4 Club Competitions over the season. These will basically be our Fun Competitions, with all level of fencers encouraged to enter with every fencer getting the same amount of fencing with poules and no knock out.  The results will still be kept over the season of all comps to reward attending all competitions and results in the top pool. Scottish Fencing will be supporting these events and we will encourage / advertise for fencers to enter from south.  More details when dates are set. The Club Championships will take place as usual at teh end of the season separately to this.

5 Club Kit

We would like to see fencers start to look for their own items of kit. Foil weapons are changing the socket type with the current type of sockets and bodywires being phased out. The Club will be unable to upgrade all the weapons in the short term.  We wil always keep to our promise that we will supply kit to anyone who cannot afford kit.  See link on site here  and always ask Phil for advice and for discount.

Look forward to seeing you back at teh club adn let let me know if you are needing anything.
